  • Do I need to leave my current brokerage to partner with Dezire Corporation?

    For Associate Brokers, you can maintain your independent identity while co-branding with Dezire. For Franchise Brokers, you will operate as a Dezire Corporation office

  • Is there any fee to become a broker partner?

    Associate Brokers have a nominal one-time registration fee. Franchise Brokers have a higher investment similar to our franchise model. Contact us for detailed fee structures.

  • How do I receive commissions?

    Commissions are paid directly to your bank account within 7-10 working days of deal closure and payment receipt from the client/developer.

  • Will I get exclusive rights to my area?

    Franchise Brokers receive exclusive territory rights. Associate Brokers operate on a non-exclusive basis but receive lead preferences based on their area of operation.

  • How does the inter-city referral network work?

    When a client in your city wants to buy/sell property in another city, you refer them to our partner broker there. You earn a referral fee (typically 10-20% of the commission) without doing any additional work.

  • What training do you provide?

    We provide initial onboarding training, monthly market webinars, legal updates, and skill development workshops. Franchise Brokers receive additional business management training.

  • Can I work part-time as a broker partner?

    Yes, Associate Brokers can work part-time. However, active engagement typically yields better results.

  • How do I get property listings?

    You'll receive access to our online portal with all listings. You can also request specific project information from our support team.

  • Do you help with legal documentation?

    Yes, we provide templates and guidance for all standard real estate documents. For complex deals, our legal team is available for consultation.

  • What is the process to join?
